You can check in in person Monday to Saturday from 4 to 7 pm. You can of course also arrive after these times. In this case, we will send you a code. You can use this to open the front door and then receive your apartment key in the entrance area via a key safe. All your documents and other keys will then be in your apartment. Please contact us the next day so that we can take care of all the formalities. Such as payment, signing the registration form etc., if necessary. Thank you very much.
You can check out in person from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 10 am. You can of course also leave earlier. In this case, please leave your keys in the key box in the hallway. Depending on availability, we can sometimes allow a later check-out. Please ask us about this in advance. Thank you very much.
You are welcome with your dog. Please enquire about availability and let us know the breed of dog. Not every apartment is suitable for a vacation with a dog. We will be happy to advise you. We can provide bowls on request. Please note that dogs should not use the beds and sofas. We can clean them better afterwards. Please pay attention to the furnishings and, if necessary, bring your dog's basket with you. This way your dog will also feel comfortable in new accommodation. As we have wooden floors (except in the Kaibestall apartment), we ask you to be considerate. If other guests are afraid of contact, please be considerate in the public areas: But this is certainly a matter of course. We look forward to seeing you.
We make all your beds and also provide towels. You will also find soap and shower gel in the bathrooms. These are all certified natural cosmetics. In the kitchens you will find salt, pepper and oil for the first few days. Our sofa beds are of high quality and are supplemented with an additional topper if you want to use the sofas for additional travelers. Nothing stands in the way of a restful night's sleep.
