Welcome to our newest apartment (newly furnished 2024) in the historic Ludwigstraße in Partenkirchen! This modern apartment is located in a historic building and offers an impressive view of the picturesque Ludwigstraße.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed in double bed format. In addition, there is a cozy, open bedroom with a double bed in the gallery upstairs, as well as a sofa bed in the living area, which offers comfortable and relaxed space for another two people.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious bathtub, a refreshing rain shower, two washbasins and a WC. There is a separate guest WC for added convenience. The generous living space of over 140 square meters offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the historic building.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and skilfully combines modern elements with the charm of history. The open-plan design creates an airy atmosphere, while the view of Ludwigstrasse captures the flair of the surroundings.

Here you can help yourself around the clock on a trust basis and pay at the end. Monday to Saturday you are also welcome at any time in the BIO-Paradies on the first floor. Here, our long-standing partner runs a cozy farm and organic store. You can get all your supplies, theoretically without leaving the house 😊
