A beautiful old building has been lovingly and sustainably renovated with the help of local craftsmen, and today combines historic charm with all modern amenities. Thick walls create a cosy atmosphere and tranquillity. Today, you’ll find modern and peaceful holiday apartments, each with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable box-spring beds and stunning views from balconies, windows or terraces.


A small organic/farm shop on the ground floor, stocked with many high-quality and regional products, makes your holiday even more enjoyable and also offers fresh bread rolls from 8 am. In theory, you can enter the farm shop directly through a ‘secret door’, even in your slippers. Coffee and cake, or in winter a soup or quiche with a small salad, are available daily in the organic shop.

You’ll be staying in a central yet quiet location on the historic Ludwigstraße in Partenkirchen. This means you’re just a short walk away from charming cafés, bakeries, restaurants and lovingly run local shops. Many attractions are within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport. Whether it’s Austria/Innsbruck or Munich, everything is easily reached from here.


Parking spaces are available (please book in advance). The train station is within easy walking distance. Historic luxury with modern comforts

We are delighted to present our sustainably renovated holiday apartments: each apartment has its own unique charm that appeals to its own enthusiasts. From views of the historic Ludwigstraße to vistas of various mountains and peaks: what all the apartments have in common is that they have been renovated to a high standard. New bathrooms, fully equipped, high-quality kitchens, comfortable box-spring beds, rain showers and, in some cases, a bathtub.

From the hospitality to your stay in your holiday flat and the lovely garden at the back: immerse yourself in ‘Lieblingsort 1868’. Incidentally, the name comes from the reconstruction of many houses following a major fire in 1867. Here, history is luxuriously combined with modern-day comforts.

Our prices vary depending on the apartment and the number of guests. Please enter your travel dates and your preferred apartment. The price will then be displayed. You may occasionally find a voucher code on the homepage, particularly during the low season or to fill booking gaps.

Would you like to use the pool or relax in the sauna and steam room?

Feel free to pop over to our neighbours, the Mercure Hotel. As a guest of ours, you are welcome there – for an additional charge. Please check availability in advance directly with the Mercure Hotel. The hotel is just a two-minute walk away. The price at the start of 2024 is €16 per person per day. Sun loungers are also available there.
